Bodhi is a Buddhist reading and reflection app that may include sacred text passages, daily wisdom, saved readings, widgets, notifications, premium features, text-to-speech, sharing, and optional AI-assisted reflection.

You may use Bodhi for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the app or its content except as permitted by law or by written permission from the publisher.

Bodhi content is provided for general informational, educational, inspirational, and reflective purposes. Buddhist passages and interpretations should be treated with respect and, where accuracy matters, verified against trusted editions, teachers, or scholarly sources. Bodhi does not claim to be a monk, teacher, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor.

• Bodhi AI may generate responses using AI services and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.
• Do not rely on Bodhi AI for medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis decisions.
• Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, or confidential information in AI prompts.
• If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Bodhi may offer optional premium subscriptions or lifetime purchases that unlock additional features. Available plans, prices, renewal periods, and benefits may vary by country, platform, and app-store configuration.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or other applicable app-store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise stated by the applicable app store.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, Google Play settings, or the applicable app-store account settings.
• Refunds, billing disputes, free trials, and cancellations are handled according to the rules of the applicable app store.
• Premium availability may depend on RevenueCat, app-store services, network access, and product configuration.

You agree not to misuse Bodhi. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to disrupt the app, bypass premium access controls, abuse AI or network services, infringe intellectual property rights, upload or transmit unlawful content through support or AI features, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

The Bodhi app design, code, branding, feature structure, curated reflections, and original materials are owned by the publisher or its licensors. Some Buddhist source texts may be public domain or provided from third-party sources, but the app compilation, presentation, and original commentary remain protected where applicable.

Bodhi may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google/Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, email, sharing tools, and app-review tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, pricing, or content.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Bodhi at any time. Some features may require internet access, device permissions, operating-system support, or third-party service availability.

Bodhi is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Bodhi.

We may suspend or terminate access to Bodhi features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using Bodhi at any time and may uninstall the app from your device.

These Terms should be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app publisher is established, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules. Confirm the exact governing law before publishing this document.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Bodhi after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
